Ingredients for making Boiled Ham Dumplings Recipe
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon sage
- ¾ cup cooked ham, diced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup milk
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well to incorporate.
- Form into small balls.
- Cook the dumplings in a large pot of salted boiling until it floats to the surface, for about 2-3 minutes. Drain then serve.
