Boiled Bacon Dumpling Recipe
Give a new twist to the traditional dumpling bowls by mixing in bits of bacon, herbs and spices, and creaminess of milk, then boiling the little balls until fluffy and soft.

Ingredients for making Boiled Bacon Dumpling Recipe
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked then crumbled
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup of milk
- 1 quart of vegetable stock
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients except the vegetable stock.
- Make half inch balls from the dough.
- Heat the vegetable broth until it is almost boiling. Drop in the dumplings and cook until it floats to the surface, for about 2-3 minutes. Drain and Serve.
