Boiled Parsley Dumplings Recipe

Creamy, tender and soft dumpling balls made with fresh parsley leaves, milk and fresh spices and ingredients, then boiled until soft and fluffy.

Ingredients for making Boiled Parsley Dumplings Recipe

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter, cut into
  • 1/2-inch cubes
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method of Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Form into half inch balls.
  2. Cook the dumplings in a pot of boiling water until it floats to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain then serve.
