Boiled Green Onion and Black Pepper Dumplings Recipe
A healthy, all veggie boiled dumpling balls made with soft an tender dough, mixed with generous amounts of green onions and freshly ground black pepper. Great for an appetizer for your meals.

Ingredients for making Boiled Green Onion and Black Pepper Dumplings Recipe
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- ½ cup minced green onions
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ½ Tablespoons vegetable oil
Method of Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cook the dumplings in a large pot of boiling water until it floats to the surface.
- Drain excess water then serve.
