Boiled Butternut Squash Dumplings Recipe
Soft and fluffy tender dumplings made with the best combination of soft squash and potatoes that are seasoned properly, and then boiled until tender and fluffy.

Ingredients for making Boiled Butternut Squash Dumplings Recipe
- 1 ½ of roasted butternut squash, mashed
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1 large egg
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Method of Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes and squash, egg, nutmeg, flour and salt. Mix together thoroughly to form dough.
- Divide into 8 equal parts and for into balls.
- Cook the dumplings in a large pot of salted boiling water until it floats to the surface, drain then serve.
